About CurateKit
CurateKit is a simple tool for curating digital content: text snippets, quotes, links, article recommendations, and more. You get a standalone website to publish and share your curated content.
We live in an explosion of information filled with AI slop. Human curation is needed more than ever. Human taste matters.
CurateKit helps people build curation websites inspired by:
How CurateKit Works
CurateKit has four key concepts: Item, List, Collection, and Digest.
-
1. Item: one curated entry. It can be text-only (for example, a quote), with optional notes and an optional URL.
- Examples: a text-only quote , a link and comments .
-
2. List: a group of related Items. One list can contain multiple Items.
- Example: a list of items.
-
3. Collection: the top-level container for your Lists. One collection can contain multiple Lists, with a custom subdomain and API access.
- Example: lists in a collection and custom domain like www.wenbin.org.
-
4. Digest: like a Substack post with free-form text, which can insert multiple Items from the same or different Lists.
- Example: a roundup email digest.
What We Believe
We are just getting started. Our goal is to help curators monetize their curation and their taste. Stay tuned.
