1. Service Overview

CurateKit is a SaaS platform for curating digital content. We may provide each user with a standalone CurateKit-hosted subdomain for publishing curated content.

2. Content Rules

You are responsible for all content you curate and publish. You may not curate, upload, or distribute content that violates applicable law or these Terms.

The following categories are prohibited, including similar restricted content commonly disallowed by major U.S. social platforms:

• Graphic violence, gore, or extremely violent content.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content, including sexual exploitation.
• Terrorist or extremist content, propaganda, or recruitment materials.
• Hate, threats, harassment, or content inciting violence.
• Fraud, scams, malware, phishing, or other abusive activity.

3. Enforcement

If content violates our policies, we may remove or disable that content immediately. We may also suspend or terminate the related account, with or without prior notice.

4. Paid Plans and Refunds

Paid plans are billed as presented at checkout. After you accept these Terms and complete payment, charges are non-refundable except when a confirmed bug, billing error, outage, or other internal system issue on our side materially prevents normal service.

5. Free Plan Abuse

You may not create or operate multiple accounts to bypass free-plan limits, quotas, or restrictions. Abuse of free-plan usage limits may result in account limitation, suspension, or termination.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CurateKit after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
